Love this stuff! Chop up and sauté some veggies (or roast if you have time) to add when rice is ready. You can make a serving for one by cutting in half. Can’t mess this up. Lots of sodium, but otherwise excellent! Neilly’s has a very good selection of vegan options and delivery is fast!
