Review of Pure Vegan at REBEL @ 306 Lavender Street by waisum

Today’s #lunchatabillion was a protein packed sandwich with Quorn patty and tempeh. Wasn’t wowed by the under seasoned tempeh, but the tangy slaw helped mask the slight bitter aftertaste of it. Because it was delivered, the baguette was unfortunately pretty hard by the time I unwrapped it for lunch 😢 I might have to give this another go and eat it fresh to give it a fairer review, but I’d still choose this over Subway any day! (Also very proud of myself for eating all that coriander because #veganuary ahaha)
