My son has a corn and nut allergy. He loves corn tortilla chips. I found this substitute that is absolutely amazing. He said it is the closest thing to corn tortilla chips that he has tried. Made with tigernut flour which is not a nut. It's actually a root vegetable. Vegan, gluten-free and paleo friendly.
