The vegan food here can be really good if you get the right things. The grilled veggies are amazing and some of the rolls are also great (although a little basic). This soba was in a really flavorless broth 🙄 but the noodles were cooked well. I’d go back if they can bring this dish to life!

A good konbu broth with a splash of soy sauce perhaps? Looks like they could use a plant based chef!
