Review of Tempeh (original) - Henry's Tempeh by anacvlcnt

I was really expecting this would be super tasty... But it wasn't. My husband and I love Tempeh in burgers and other vegan dishes we order from restaurants, so we were expecting we could prepare something similar at home. Well, I tried this both raw and deep fried, and all I could taste was plain soy. Texture was harder then expected, too... Maybe we should've cooked it? We also look forward to trying the red pepper version. We shall not give up on tempeh ;)
