I eat Bibibop regularly, but this was the first time that I didn't get rice! Instead a got a japchae noodle bowl. I'm super glad I tried something new, because this is delicious. The noodles pair so well with the tofu and veggies. They also don't really have a distinct flavor, so they really absorb the flavors of the dish. #veganin2020
