NUS FOOD HUNT! Entry 3:

This one’s from the other Indian stall in NUS UTown, at the Foodclique food. Thosai is one of my favorite breakfast foods, and so having it available easily at UTown is really helpful.

This Masala Thosai is great value at $2.50. The Thosai itself is really nice, it’s not too crispy like paper Thosai and has more of a chew to it, which I prefer. As for the sauces, well from experience they’re a little inconsistent, the last time i had this the sambar was really flavorful and the other 2 chutneys were a little diluted to me, but this time the reverse was true, but nonetheless both times all the sauces were still good.

Definitely great value for money and a great way to start the day, plus the stall owner is super friendly, in fact I’d say the friendliest among all the other stall owners in UTown, so that’s a nice plus point too!
