Kos chocolate flavor protein powder is my go-to for a protein shake when I’m working out or want a quick drink to keep me full all morning at work. It’s good if you’re looking to bulk up.
The chocolate flavor is delicious but does leave a slight chalky after taste. I normally add a banana and scoop of peanut butter for extra protein and a serving of fruit to my shakes. It helps cut down on the after taste.
Highly recommend it though! I usually order 2 of the 30 serving tubs at a time.
