Definitely a tasty bakkwa/bee cheng hiang jerky type of product replacement. It has a hint of herby taste at the first bite, but just dissipate as you take more bites. The texture would be spot on if they just made it more rough, but hey, what matter is that it taste good and perfectly complement steaming rice.
Definitely recommended.
