Oh my goodness this was so good! I've loved Coconut Bliss for years but I only recently tried their amazing cookie sandwich. Honestly one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten. A must try!! The chocolate chip cookie and the vanilla ice cream are both amazing. Found at Gus's in San Francisco.
