I loved how these came out with sesame seeds and flaked almonds sprinkled over the top. The size is just right to fit a whole piece in your mouth- and you might have to because trying to bite it in half didn’t work for me as the seitan fibres were quite strong. Nevertheless the pieces were crispy yet juicy in sweet and spicy sauce.
