The tumeric briyani was appetising. It had traces of spices which made the whole briyani flavourful. It was a tad bit dry but palatable. The whole savoury element is well supplemented by the sweet rendang lion mane and rojak. I absolutely loved the how succulent the lion mane was. One bite and all the luscious gravy burst in your mouth. There was also a mushroom pumpkin "prawn roll" which was rather tasty. There was also a play with texture as the whole bento was paired with crispy long beans.
