Just tried these sprouted wraps for the first time last night and I am super impressed. They are a delicious and nutritious substitute for flour tortillas loaded with delicious whole grains. They crisped right up in a pan coated with olive oil spray and can be molded to hard taco shells if desired or eaten as softer wraps. I will be working these into more meals for sure! #veganisnotscary
