Sunrise Sanctuary was invited to the soft launch of the new all vegan Greenhouse Canteen restaurant. We tried a few different dishes, but this was my favorite. I absolutely loved the tofu ricotta and the piquant cheese was fantastic. The flavors of this dish are wonderful. #veganisnotscary
