A great heaping brown rice bowl that definitely lives up to its name with wholesome ingredients like fried eggplant, roasted broccoli and tangy sumac onions. Seasoned with zaatar and accompanied by an assortment of dips like amba (pickled mango sauce), hummus and tahini. Phew. Not pictured were also 2 slices of sourdough that came with it!
