Review of Southwestern Nachos at Veggie Grill by evolotus
From the menu: “corn chips, queso sauce, achiote taco meat, ranchero beans, tomato corn salsa, mashed avocado, cream and pickled chiles.” There’s been several iterations of VG nachos and these are probably my least favorite. Maybe it’s not as suitable for takeout. Maybe it’s technique. There’s not enough cheese and the other meat was better.
