We’ve now had this sandwich twice and it’s beyond incredible. The filling is made from jackfruit, and it’s simmered in a flavorful bbq sauce that makes it super juicy and tender. It’s topped with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles and comes on a fun charcoal bun- great for the gram. We dream about this sandwich and can’t recommend it enough.
