First time trying with Mee hoon instead of the usual brown rice. I asked for the vegetarian version with no peanuts.

Think Mee hoon mixes better with a thicker soup. I might have added too much water to the soup and hence it tasted a little bland. Otherwise a healthy and wholesome meal!
