Grandma turned 88 in April and I ordered this cake for her Zoom birthday party 🤗 The texture is more like a mousse and less rich than cheescake which is great. Love the matcha and chocolate combo but I wish the matcha flavor could be stronger and the chocolate more bittersweet.
