Taiwanese braised pork rice bowl #veganized! This dish photographed really poorly but tasted heavenly. Came with generous amounts of tofu and tofu skin, drenched in delicious braised minced mushroom sauce. I could only eat half the portion and saved the other half which tasted even better the next day. Slurp!
