Tastes exactly like you would expect ground up, dried peas to taste (not good) but it does the job, it’s quality, and there is a lot of it! I add this to protein bites or in smoothies (not a great idea todo as a typical protein shake but if you are holding your nose and chugging it’s perfect for you!)
