I loved these! It was the first time Since being vegan I had tried them. The shortbread was soft and slightly crumbly, the caramel gooey and chewy and the chocolate was crisp. It was a great combo and perfectly baked.

My favourite 😍 shortbread!!! I used to buy shortbread from Marks & Spencer but there's no vegan ones in Singapore.
