This consisted of kale-arugula pesto, house cashew mozzarella ball, slow roasted tomato, seasonal greens and balsamic reduction. Served on seasoned gluten-free toasted bread. That pesto was amazing and putting all of these wonderfully complementary ingredients together was ingenious and delicious.
