I’ve tried a million types of meat-free sausage, and went in without any kind of expectation! I was really impressed that the pack contained 8 sausages, as most other brands, only contain 6. They were also only £2, compared to other brands out there, that retail at over £3 with less in the pack. I found the sausages cooked really well, there was no grease, and they didn’t shrink up. You have the option to fry or oven cook. I oven cooked them, and they also crisped up on the edge, which I like! I put two sausages on a red onion bagel with a slice of Violife and ketchup. A great day-off brekkie!
