This food cart serves up yummy Cajun, Creole, Southern cuisine that is 100% vegan. This plate had seitan BBQ ribs (sweet and smoky and especially amazing), seitan fried chicken, Southern style cabbage, and garlic parsley mashed potatoes. Very satisfying comfort food.
