This is locally made near Thunder Bay, ON. It’s sliced seitan that makes for really tasty deli meats. I like that it’s homemade and locally produced, but it’s quite expensive, about $1 per very thin slice. I don’t mind supporting local businesses but I wouldn’t regularly buy this since you can get other vegan deli meats like Yves and Tofurky for a lot cheaper.
