Tasted and smelled fresh and the sauce was sweet and just the right amount of spicy. I have bought lots of sushi in the past from Down to Earth and usually top it with a little Braggs liquid aminos from the condiments area to avoid the gluten in regular soy sauce but was pleasantly surprised to find a small pack of tamari in my sushi box! Love that Down to Earth takes care of all my food quirks!
