This was a really fantastic appetizer! It’s not greasy or heavy like other versions I’ve had before, and the peanut sauce is very tasty. These mushrooms are grilled and marinated with coconut oil, curry powder, turmeric, and coconut milk. They’re chewy with a satisfying meaty texture.
