A chocolate chip cookie base, topped with layers of salted toffee and coconut chocolate ganache. Finished with an indulgent chocolate drizzle and splashes of gold.

This is decadence.

Ashamed to admit that it was actually a little too rich for my tastes, but not a reflection of the dish, per se.

If you have a real sweet tooth and can handle this level of sugar, get stuck in.
