I don't know how to describe this wonderful dish, its flavors took me to childhood when my mother prepared "carne mechada." This amazing sandwich contains yuba "mechada", watercress (but they didn't have it so they gave me arugula), seitan, mushrooms, vegan salami and a white sauce. I LOVED!
