Review of Cornetto vegano albicocca - Esselunga by rachele82

Esselunga stores bake freshly three kind of vegan croissants: empy, filled with apricot jam and filled with chocolate. My favorite is the empty one, but all of them are well worth buying.

The Cornetto vegano albicocca (apricot) is a good size and plenty filled with jam. You can buy to take away at the internal bakery, which every Esselunga store has inside its stores, in pack of 2 (already prepared) or ask the shop assistants; you can also order and eat at the external Esselunga bars, in this case with a good vegetal milk cappuccino to go with.
The price is 1€ each, but sometimes you can spend less (also 0,69€ each) when they are for sale.
They don't contain palm oil; fats are sunflower and karite oil. They contain gluten, being made with flour.

Suggestion: my husband and I are fond of these croissants and, as we are not close to Esselunga stores, so when we go there we buy a good amount and store them: then we just put them in the oven for a pair of minutes and here there are, good as just made.
