BBQ wings of fried seitan with french fries. Definitely a first for me, and I can understand why, you could see/taste the oil from them frying it. If you ever tried frying something yourself and it came out wrong, you’ll know what I mean. They masked it with bbq flavor by not skimping on the sauce
