*not my photo, its so good I ate it before I remembered to take a pic* The grilled kale and the cold marinated artichoke hearts used to be my 2 go-to dishes at Tapa Bar, I can still remember the first time I got them, they are literally a match made in heaven, the warm and cold playing off each other so well, and the smokiness if each dish with different spice combos that compliment each other so well. I hadn’t been back in years until tonight, when I got them again and it was like snap I was back in time. These might actually be my favourite foods in the world. If you don’t love kale, you will love this. I cannot stress enough how good this dish is. It is marinated in coconut milk, cayenne and lemon and it is AH MAZE ING. Get it now and get it paired with the cold marinated artichoke hearts and then message me and tell me you love it 😍
