Delicious veggie sausages from aldi. i really liked the fresh spiced flavour. it’s that kind of texture where it has the skin/coating on the outside and it’s kind of mushy inside but it wasn’t unpleasantly squishy, keeps together well. very clean ingredients (lentils and veggies etc) and very affordable.
