若豆腐多比较好，菜和香菇可以少一点。卤汁好吃，但不需要这么多。

Would be nice if there’s a higher proportion of tofu to the mushrooms and veggies. Tasty dish overall, yummy gravy. Amount of gravy can be reduced.
