Review of Sweet heat at Daily Fuel PDX by pdxveg
Baked sweet potato on a bed of tri-colored quinoa, amaranth, long grain brown rice, and Colucari red rice. It is covered with Brussels sprouts, chickpeas, sundried tomatoes, sweet onions, and garlic that were slow cooked in coconut cream, peanut butter, ginger, turmeric, pink Himalayan sea salt, and hot chili flakes, and topped with a bit of rosemary. This was spectacular! How do they come up with these ingenious combinations of amazing ingredients? Such a symphony of flavors and textures!
