This is the vegan eggplant rock calzone. I added mushrooms & asked for the Italian seasoning on top. It comes with daiya cheese (mozzarella & cheddar), eggplant, jalapeños, tater tots, & probably more that I’m forgetting, and marinara on the side for dipping of course. I think this is my favorite calzone on the menu, but they have SO many options! Honestly one of the best & most extensive vegan menus I’ve seen at a non vegan restaurant! Most of the calzones come with lots of vegan meats, but this is one of the few without. I really love the amount of cheese they add & the tater tots!! I also love mushrooms & the Italian seasoning! This is a great go-to meal, is close to the ASU Tempe campus, tastes amazing, and is very filling & satisfying!!

Dough has been making calzone converts out of adventurous ‘Za lovers – both college students and anyone else who is young at heart – since before slap bracelets were cool. D.P. Dough calzones are tasty anytime. But, we are best known for being THE PLACE to go or call when it is crazy late. Who else is gonna deliver you a custom made calzone after the bars close? Go ahead, show your hunger some love!
