Having never eaten duck I can’t give a comparison. However I can say that this product was quite tasty and worked well in a stir fry. The consistency was quite chewy and so different to other meat alternatives I’ve tried. Worth a go if you’re into this sort of thing. It’s not something I’d usually try.
