Made my own regular salad today with a sweet potato mash, Roasted cauliflower, Zucchini noodle, grilled eggplant, vegan Veggie patty, topped with roasted almonds with a vegan curry which tastes like green curry. It was a tasty and satisfying meal. Thumbs up for this custom made salad bowl #omdchallenge
