The sandwich was a little different than the last time I ordered it but still really good. The “egg” was a little soft so it didn’t have the texture I remember.

Update: I didn’t finish this yesterday so I put it in the fridge. Reheated it today on my griddle and it was so so so good! The “egg “ firmed up And was the perfect texture today.
