Maybe it was bad timing. I tried to take this before my summit push began knowing that I won’t want to eat anything during my actual summit push. It was too sweet to be edible and it came in the form of a gel. My greatest regret buying this and two more bcos i dont enjoy eating them. Ha ha but a good experience getting all my things sticky and messed up bcos i chucked it in my bag after eating half of this
