comes stuffed FULL of veggies, i like that they do give protein options as well like tofu, tau pok and beancurd skin (hidden). i chose the black bean soup which tastes homely and not too salty. veggies were fresh and crunchy and went well with the soup. i really like their multi-grain rice, it's very fragrant and has a nice texture due to the mix of grains and some beans too.
