5 stars for the taste and of course the fire show. I heard about this place being vegan-friendly from youtube and it was indeed worth the trip! Staff were knowledgeable about the difference of vegetarian and vegan. The dish were made to order and you can actually see how they prepare it. They have a separate soup pot for the veggie broth. I was only going to order the ramen but the staff said they can also make the fried rice without the egg and meat (which comes with the set)! A must when in Kyoto!
