$3 by donation at this Buddhist temple. This is their Thu special, and they also have mixed veg rice daily. Yummy dish with plenty of beansprouts for yay! Some pieces of tofu. Mock meat was yummy and flavorful. They used the traditional flat yellow noodles which not many vegetarian stalls use. Definitely wanna come back for more! #sgcheapandgood #buddhist

I always thought yellow noodle is made from egg..this was vegan?
No need to use eggs to make yellow noodles, some wonton noodles maybe... I've been a volunteer cook in several temples. Eggs are not allowed in most temples in Singapore. Hope this info helps.
