Found at Little Farms Tanjong Pagar.
What a wonderful alternative to mac & cheese. It was creamy and satisfying! I added some nutmeg and black pepper to spice it up. Couldn’t stop eating it 🙊🙈
It is expensive though: $15 for the pack (!)
