Ko-so cafe is a good choice to eat in Ebisu or Yamanote line in general because it’s relatively inexpensive and it’s close to the station. (Hemp cafe is a bit further away)
They have many type of pasta dishes at around 1000¥. The coconut cream ones are always a hit with my non-vegans friends! 😙
Portion size might not be enough for big eaters but its standard in Japan 🙃
