My go-to dish whenever I visit this restaurant. The dosa is super crispy filled with potato and is served along with sambhar and 2 varieties of chutneys. Sambhar is made of lentils and tamarind puree with some vegetables in it. One of the chutney's is made of tomato and the other with grated coconut. This dish represents authentic South Indian flavor.

Ohhhh so that lentils sauce thing is sambhar....i always thought it was dhal! Hahaha. I love this sauce whenever i have thosai!🤗
