This is normally served with a bechamel sauce but they #veganized it for me by swapping out their awesome house made marinara. The big surprise on this pizza are the pistachios which I never thought would be good on a pizza but are amazing!

I haven't been here since going plant-based... I totally get the appeal, but the crust and base were wayyyyyyy too oily for my liking. The wine was the best part of the meal for me 👀 I was lucky to be taken to dinner by a mentor! I can't afford $40 pizza anyway 😆
