Review of Mozzarella Shreds - Violife by curvycarbivore

WOW! Pleasantly surprised by this product. Switching to vegan cheese has been the hardest for me since I’m not the biggest fan of any of the brands/flavors so far. But this one was so close to the real thing! I even ate a small handful before putting it on my sandwich and it was so good. I’ll definitely be splurging and buying this brand from now on. Price: $4.69 at Whole Foods.

Update: it also melts beautifully in the oven! You need to use high heat though in my experience (400°). Also great for paninis 👍
