When I first tried tahini, it tasted like a bitter paste because it has 0 sugar in it, but the smell of sesame is so good! It took me a couple of days to get used to the taste. Now I can literally eat from the jar. It's rather addictive! Goes great with any bread! If you detest tahini and can't eat peanuts, I recommend you to go for their almond spread. It's delish!!
